Con Mucho Gusto

So..confession. I’m currently in Costa Rica. I’m definitely not at university.

Feel bad for that, but I’m so happy that I’m feeling the sun and spotting sloths in November.

I’m getting to know the food too (…obviously!). Patacones, casados, gallo pinto, lots of huevos revueltos with salsa and many other delectable dishes.

And the mejillones?

Um, yum.
