I had the great honour of making a wedding cake for a friend of mine recently. What you see here is a two-tier, chocolate fudge cake with a fresh raspberry Swiss meringue buttercream, vanilla buttercream roses (which were almost the death of me), and with fresh raspberries nestled in between each layer. The bride made the most adorable cake toppers! A pig and a dinosaur – the couple’s quirky yet sweet pet names.
I must apologise for my absence as of late, but I promise you I’m working on a few very exciting projects, the details of which I shall disclose when the time is right!!
Next to the wedding cake is an amazing, humongous blueberry cheesecake, made by another friend of the bride. Yum!
